We are a leading European supplier of ventilation, heat recovery and heat pump systems, now expanding our UK presence. Our products are best‐in‐class and rival industry leaders such as Daikin and Toshiba.
As a Service Engineer you will work the London M25 patch alongside other inspectors, conducting warranty diagnostics, repairs, airflow balancing and system commissioning. Your schedule will be organised by location, allowing you to avoid traffic and return home promptly.
This role acts as the primary UK technical support contact, providing advanced site‐based troubleshooting and controller configuration when third‐party engineers cannot resolve issues.
Responsibilities- Carry out warranty diagnostics and repairs
- Perform airflow balancing and assist with system commissioning
- Diagnose issues with PCBs, controllers, heat pump components, airflow performance and ventilation problems
- Experience in HVAC, MVHR or Heat Pump roles
- London based with availability for M25 patch work
- Full UK driving licence
