Are you a Senior Manager Audit Accountant with UK training and practice experience, passionate about audit and accounts, wanting a path to directorship?

On offer is an opportunity to join an expanding accounting practice where there is a clear path to directorship, develop yourself, contribute to the growth of the business, and support your manager in growing the audit function across their clients. This company has been established for over 90 years, has over 40 employees in the business, boasts an excellent reputation, and works with a wide range of clients from charities, law, IT, and technology with turnovers up to 350 Million.
In the role, you will have a split between audit and accounts, with a focus on the audit for most of your clients with revenues between 10 and up to 100 million. You will manage and oversee small teams, manage client engagement while learning and reporting to directors.
The ideal candidate will come from a smaller firm or a top 100 firm, with UK audit training and practice experience, looking for a quicker path to directorship, wanting more one-on-one development, and wanting to grow their audit and accounts career and become a valuable member of the business.
