Are you a quotations assistant with a full UK driving licence, looking to join a leading UK pumping systems manufacturer where you will gain manufacturer-specific training, work on a variety of pumping systems, and enjoy a 4-day week? This UK manufacturer, with a £21 million turnover, supplies innovative pumping and fluid handling solutions to the construction, utilities, housing, and wastewater sectors, built on over 65 years of engineering excellence, reliability, and customer-focused service trusted by local authorities, developers, and contractors nationwide.
In this role, you will handle repair quotations ranging from £1,000 to £10,000, ensuring the correct product is selected to meet customer requirements. You will receive breakdown details from the Service team, liaise with customers and internal departments, and maintain accurate records using the CRM system.
This is an office-based, Monday to Friday role, 37.5 hours per week with flexible hours between 8:00am and 6:00pm. This role would suit someone from an engineering quotations background who is seeking a stable, office-based position offering flexible working hours, manufacturer-specific training, and the opportunity to earn a company bonus.
The Role- Prepare quotations typically ranging from £1,000 to £10,000
- Ensure correct product selection in line with customer and technical requirements
- Liaise with customers, sales teams and internal departments to progress quotations
- Provide order and quotation updates to customers as required
- Manage and update quotations using the CRM and internal systems
- Office-based, Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week with flexible hours between 8:00am and 6:00pm
- Background in Quotations or Tendering
- Comfortable using IT systems, including CRM and Microsoft Office
- Full UK driving licence
- Commutable to Stoke
