Production Manager (Welding/ Fabrication)
Coventry
£50,000 – £55,000 + Bonus Scheme + Progression + Training + Free Parking + Early Friday Finish

In the role you will oversee production operations across fabrication and welding, ensuring output meets quality standards and KPIs. You'll take ownership of health and safety, capacity planning, and on-time delivery, while also mentoring weld coordinators and working closely with customers and suppliers. You'll drive improvements in processes, culture, and efficiency, making a tangible impact on the business as it continues to grow.

- Welder/ Fabricator background and sheet metal manufacturing experience
- Management/ Team lead experience preferred but not required
- Based in Coventry or easily commutable to, Full UK Driving License
