With over 10 years of success, they're known for providing expert analysis and are expanding their experienced team to meet growing demand.In this varied and hands-on role, you'll be based in the office, leading operational forecasts, supporting project delivery, and working closely with clients. You'll also contribute to the development of in-house tools and systems. Standard hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm, with some shift work during forecast periods.This role would suit a Meteorologist looking for a diverse and engaging position with a company that values deep technical knowledge and offers long-term career progression within a collaborative environment.The Role:

• Lead operational forecasting and contribute to project work
• Collaborate with clients and provide technical insight
• Support coding and development of forecasting tools
• Office-based, Mon-Fri 8am-4pm, with occasional shifts during forecasts
