Are you a Mechanical Engineer or similar with a background in Testing or Product Development? Are you looking for a great opportunity with an ambitious start-up who have an industry-changing product, who have had an influx of contracts across multiple interesting industries and will give you the ability to make a real impact on the company's future?
This company are in the development stages of producing a market-changing product for the industrial, energy and aerospace sector. Since its conception in 2018, it has gone from strength to strength winning government contracts and due to receive more funding to help them take the next step. They are now undertaking another wave of new product development and are looking for a Mechanical Test Engineer to take them to another level.
This exciting prospect will see you responsible for assisting the company in their future goal of producing a Carbon Zero range of flow technologies for Aerospace and Industrial applications. Your primary objective will be to design and build rigs, rigorously test products, create test programmes and inspect results to maximise the development of new product designs.
This dynamic role would suit a Mechanical Engineer with a background in Testing or New Product Development who would like to be involved with an industry-changing company who have ambitious plans to expand over the coming years and take their patented products across multiple industries.
The Role:- Design and Assemble Testing Rigs
- Rigorously test products for structural, mechanical, leakage and flow issues
- Root cause analysis and reporting
- Continuous Improvement of processes to aid development
- 40 hour week - based in Bristol, occasional site visits
- Mechanical Engineer or similar
- Background in Testing - Structural, Mechanical, Leakage or similar
- Looking to work for an ambitious start-up
- Commutable to Bristol
