Are you a Project Manager from an HVAC background looking to join a successful and growing construction business, where you will be working autonomously on a wide range of construction projects from refurbishments to fit out, ranging up to £5 million in worth? Do you want to work for a well-established, rapidly growing and highly regarded M&E and HVAC contractor, working within an expert team providing exceptional services on new builds, fit-outs, building refurbishments, or plant replacement projects in a plethora of sectors from healthcare to logistics?
On offer is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of the management team, coordinating full project lifecycles from start to finish, whilst being rewarded with excellent bonus incentives and fast-track progression plans. This company is a Manchester-based construction and fit-out contractor delivering refurbishment, maintenance, and full build solutions across commercial, industrial, retail, and public-sector projects, supported by in-house project management and multi-trade teams.
This role would suit a Mechanical Project Manager or similar, with HVAC experience, looking to join a growing consultancy that can provide a competitive package and an exciting range of projects.
The Role:
- Control project costs with profit-focused delivery.
- Attend site for surveys and key phases, working flexibly to meet deadlines.
- Manage HVAC projects end-to-end across commercial sectors.
- Plan schedules, coordinate design, and procure labour/materials Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, 40 hours.
