Are you looking to join a company where you can hone your skills, become a Chief Engineer and significantly increase your income? This is a great opportunity to work and live in arguably the most scenic port in the UK, where you will reside on land and not on the boat. Based at a South Cornwall port, you will be focused primarily on operating and maintaining the company fleet, but there will be opportunities for outside commercial work at times. You will work closely with the TUG Skipper and a team of Engineers, working on a 2 week/ 3 week roster, operating largely in Port as you gain experience. Given you will be working at smaller port, the workload remains steady, and you won’t be required to live on the TUG during roster OR work long shifts without receiving time in lieu or compensation.
