In this role you will provide technical support to customers using their LMS platforms, resolving issues related to access, configuration, and performance. The role involves troubleshooting problems, investigating bugs, and assisting with system maintenance and upgrades. They also help customers use the platforms effectively and work closely with internal teams to ensure reliable, high-quality service. This role would suit someone with experience with Moodle LMS, Moodle Workplace and Totara that is looking for a remote role with outstanding company benefits.
Responsibilities- Provide frontline technical support for Moodle and Totara LMS platforms
- Respond to and resolve customer queries via support tickets, email, or phone
- Troubleshoot issues related to access, configuration, performance, and reporting
- Guide customers on best use of Moodle and Totara functionality
- Experience supporting Moodle, Totara, or similar LMS platforms
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
