Are you an Administrator or similar looking to move into a Mon-Fri office-based role, with an excellent work/life balance, in a company well known for their friendly culture and vibrant work environment? This role will involve general admin support for the sales and orders of this business. You will be responsible for processing orders, communicating with customers and liaising with the accounts and finance department to raise and chase invoices. This company have been operating for over 3 decades and specialise in the niche industry of ventilation and air pressure control. They supply into the health industry and data centres to prevent air contamination with Pressure Relief Vents and Air Pressure Stabilisers. This role would suit an Administrator or similar, looking to join a stable and secure company that will look after you in an excellent, friendly and collaborative working environment.
The Role:
- Processing sales orders
- Maintaining client and customer relationships
- Liaising with the accounts department to raise invoices
Monday-Thursday, 8-5 and Friday 8-1, 39 hours per week
