Building Maintenance Manager (Rural Estate) £50,000-£55,000 + Vehicle + Company Benefits + Excellent Pension Woburn (Commutable from Luton/Bletchley/Bedford) Are you a Building Maintenance Manager with a background in topographical surveying looking to join a rural 3,000 acre estate offering a company vehicle, extensive benefits, and an excellent pension plan? On offer is an incredible opportunity to a rural estate, steeped in history and spanning 3,000 acres. The estate boasts a diverse range of attractions that showcase its rich heritage, including a renowned golf course, a captivating safari park, and breath taking gardens that offer a scenic backdrop throughout the year. On top of this, the estate is home to several remarkable properties, further enhancing its unique appeal. In this role, you'll work Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm, conducting stock condition surveys, supervising in-house teams and contractors, and raising work orders via Qube.
