Machine Shop Supervisor (CNC / Sheet Metal Manufacturing)
£42,000 – £48,000 + Progression + Weekdays Only + Early Friday Finish + Pension + Company Benefits

Are you a workshop supervisor with a sheet metal background looking to join a growing company that offer great flexibility and will continually invest in you and your career?
This family run company was established nearly 25 years ago and specialises in steel fabrication engineering. They use their high-quality facilities to manufacture and supply bespoke sheet metal products to industries including automotive, rail, transport, and construction.
On offer is an exciting opportunity where you will become a valued asset in a tight-knit company. You will be responsible for managing the team, scheduling production, liaising with other departments and customers, and ensuring projects are delivered on time to the highest standards.
This role would suit a workshop supervisor with a sheet metal background, looking to join a company with state-of-the-art facilities and a team of experienced professionals.
The Role:
- Plan & schedule production using management software
- Lead and support the machine shop team on CNC and other processes
- Coordinate with other departments / customers to keep jobs moving
- Oversee quality and health & safety on the shop floor
