You'll be trained on how to win business through cold calls, nurturing relationships with clients across the UK and handling the entire process from start to finish. We'll train you on everything you need to know to build a lucrative career.
A career in recruitment requires grit and determination - at its heart this is a sales role. You'll be selling your service to clients, selling roles to candidates and selling candidates to clients. It’s a simple job to grasp with a mountain of secondary depth to master.
You will have full autonomy to tackle almost any market across any location in the UK. The expectation is relentless hard work and never backing down from a challenge. With this, you will have enough to succeed in one of the most challenging markets out there, furthering your career for the long-term and gaining financial freedom in the process.
Ernest Gordon pride ourselves on our thorough training and rapid career progression. The OTE in your first year is expected to be 50K, with many of our consultants exceeding that figure.
