Do you have extensive experience as a Senior Design Engineer with an electrical focus and wish to lead projects where your influence and direction directly contribute to business growth and project success? Join our well‑established, close‑knit design firm with over 20 years of experience, working across a diverse project portfolio that includes Education, New Residential Developments, Commercial, Healthcare, Condition and Acquisition Surveys and Reports, and Contract Administration.
In this role you will manage junior staff, provide electrical engineering support, carry out project management and administrative duties, monitor project budgets, liaise with clients, conduct surveys, produce reports, and perform quality inspections in accordance with company procedures.
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the electrical design team, providing engineering support and mentoring junior staff to ensure high‑quality project delivery.
- Carry out electrical design, project management, client liaison, site surveys, and quality inspections in line with company procedures and standards.
- Monitor and manage the financial aspects of projects.
- Maintain and expand the client base (Mon‑Fri 8:30 – 5:00 am Wed‑WFH).
- Electrical Design Engineering background.

- Commute to Croydon.
