Are you an experienced Security Systems Engineer looking to step into a supervisory role, with a clear pathway toward management and the opportunity to work on high-profile projects across the UK and mainland Europe?
On offer is the chance to join a growing security systems specialist where you will play a key role in the delivery of complex commercial installations, while mentoring junior engineers and supporting project delivery on site. You will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure installations are completed to a high standard, on time and to specification.
You will be working with blue-chip and high-profile commercial clients who demand exceptional workmanship and attention to detail. This is a varied, hands‐on role combining installation, supervision, fault‐finding, and technical support, with extensive travel required across the UK and occasional work in mainland Europe.
This role would suit a senior engineer ready to take the next step into leadership, looking for responsibility, progression, and exposure to technically interesting projects.
The Role:- Install commercial security systems to a high standard on client sites
- Supervise on‐site works and support the Project Manager with coordination and delivery
- Mentor and support junior engineers and trainees, promoting best practices
- Carry out system fault‐finding, troubleshooting, and reactive maintenance when required
- Provide technical support and ensure compliance with site, safety, and quality standards
- Travel extensively across the UK with occasional assignments in mainland Europe
- Experience in a Security Systems Engineer role
- Full UK driving licence
- Willing and able to regularly travel and stay away from home (UK & Europe)
