You will be completing technical reports and visiting sites across London 2/3 days a week, reporting to the Directors.

Responsibilities:- Looking after maintenance contracts, providing technical support
- Reviewing designs, writing technical reports, and assisting with contract tendering
- Handling fit outs, involved with plant replacements, chillers, air handling units and boilers
- Conducting site surveys and travelling to sites across London 2/3 days a week
- Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week with flexible working
