THE ROLE:
- Leading full cost consultancy services from feasibility through to final account
- Delivering high-level cost planning, estimating, and commercial reporting
- Preparing and managing tender and contract documentation (BoQs, Schedules of Works)
- Contract administration across JCT, NEC, GC Works, and PPC 2000
- Managing procurement strategies, including single- and two-stage tendering
- Measurement using manual methods and CAD
