You will operate within an established Building Surveying team in London, delivering a wide range of professional services across commercial, retail and industrial portfolios. The role offers autonomy, direct client exposure, hybrid working, and clear progression within a supportive and forward-thinking consultancy.

This position suits an MRICS-qualified Building Surveyor with commercial property experience, ambition, and a desire to develop their career within a market-leading consultancy.

THE ROLE:

Delivering technical due diligence (TDD) instructions

Contract administration and project delivery

Dilapidations and lease advisory services

Defect analysis and building pathology

Planned maintenance programmes

Building reinstatement cost assessments

Hybrid working from the London office

MRICS-qualified Building Surveyor

Background in commercial or industrial property surveying

Based in or commutable to London
