Are you a HR Manager looking to join a thriving business on a 12 month FTC, who will offer you 33 Days holiday, flexibility and a great working environment?
This business was created in 2015 from an offshoot of a very successful group of construction companies. Since 2015 they have grown from 1 employee to 120. They are in need of a HR Manager to cover Maternity leave.
Day to day, you will provide comprehensive HR guidance to employees. You will be involved in Senior Leadership team meetings, HR Generalist activities and overseeing the HR function of the business.
The business is part of a group of companies based on the same site. You will receive training and support from the wider HR team of 5 others.
This role would suit a HR Manager looking for a 12 month FTC within a thriving business who will offer you flexibility, a day working from home and exposure to range of HR processes.
The role:
Overseeing the HR function of a thriving business
HR Generalist activities
Attending Senior Leadership meetings
40 hours a week with flexible start and finish times
The person:
HR Manager
CIPD Level 3 as a minimum
Experience overseeing a HR function
