Salary: £34,000 – £37,500 plus training, progression, company car, bonus and benefits.

Are you a Health and Safety Trainer or similar professional with a TQUK Level 3 qualification? We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our rapidly growing specialist safety services organization, offering a 4‑day work week (Fridays off) and excellent work‑life balance.
Founded over 20 years ago, we have doubled our headcount in the last five years and currently operate three offices across the UK. We deliver services to the Oil & Gas, Utilities, Chemical Engineering and Maritime sectors. As part of our expansion we need a Health and Safety Trainer at our Bridgwater facility.
The Role
- Deliver both theoretical and practical training courses on a wide range of topics.
- Facilitate engaging sessions covering gas detection, confined‑space training, working at heights, protective equipment and more.
- Work Monday‑Thursday (4‑day week) from our office; occasional travel to customer sites.
The Person
- Health and Safety Trainer or equivalent.
- Hold a TQUK Level 3 qualification.
- Commuter to Bridgwater site.
The salary advertised is a guideline and will be adjusted based on experience, qualifications and skill set.
