Founded in 1981, this established engineering consultancy delivers practical and innovative structural projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Working in both public and private sectors, the team collaborates closely with architects, developers, contractors, and local authorities.
In this role, you will assist in delivering structural designs across a range of projects, supporting calculations, drawings, and analysis for steel, concrete, timber, and masonry structures. Using tools such as Tekla Structural Designer, TEDDS, AutoCAD, and Revit, you will help review site data, collaborate with project teams, and contribute to safe, compliant, and buildable solutions.
This position is based in Gloucester, Monday-Friday, 38 hours per week. This role would suit a Structural Engineer looking to take the lead on building and infrastructure structural design within a long-established consultancy, with opportunities to progress into senior leadership.
The Role:- Assisting with structural design for building and infrastructure projects
- Supporting the production of models, calculations, drawings, and reports using Tekla, TEDDS, AutoCAD, and Revit
- Reviewing site data, surveys, and existing structures
- Liaising with clients, authorities, and project teams
- Degree or HND in Structural/Civil Engineering
- Some experience or exposure to structural design
- Familiar with Tekla, TEDDS, and AutoCAD
- Commutable to Gloucester
