Your role will include organising recruitment campaigns, conducting the induction and onboarding process, and generating monthly HR KPI reports. You will also support line managers with people management tasks, coordinate training for teams, and organise quarterly Communication Forum meetings.

THE ROLE:
Organise recruitment campaigns for all depots across Ireland
Conduct the induction and onboarding process
Generate monthly HR KPI reports and maintain accurate records
Provide relevant advice and support to line managers on people management duties
Support line managers in organising training for their teams

Relevant degree in HRM or CIPD Level 5 / Associate Membership
