Estimator (Construction)£60,000 – £65,000 + Office Based + 33 Days Holiday + Increasing Holiday with Service + Car Allowance MiddlesbroughAre you an Estimator from a Construction background Looking to join a stable and secure company with a full project book which will offer you a car allowance, 33 days holiday and officed based work?On offer is the opportunity to join a successful construction company responsible for some of the biggest projects in the North-East of England. Since they started operating almost 20 years ago, they have significantly increased their headcount, leading to great stability and consistent growth. They do a variety of work, taking on projects exceeding almost £500m in total.In this role you will be estimating on a projects ranging from, Heritage, Retail, Health Centres, Airports, Offices and Residential.

You will conduct an initial site visit and then conduct take offs from drawings to assist in the tender process.
