In this role you will take the lead on designing, deploying and maintaining hybrid cloud infrastructure across AWS and private cloud environments. You will drive automation using Terraform and Ansible, build and improve CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, and implement monitoring and observability solutions to improve reliability and performance across the business. You will also act as a technical escalation point, mentoring junior engineers and influencing best practice.
This role would suit a DevOps Engineer looking for a hands-on position with real ownership, autonomy, and long-term career progression.
The Role:
- Designing, deploying and supporting AWS and hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
- Implementing monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch)
- Participating in an on-call rota and incident response
- Monday to Friday (Hybrid working 1 day a month site based)
