We are looking for a dedicated Domestic Gas Engineer to join our local council maintenance team. The role provides a stable patch-based schedule, generous overtime, and benefits including funded qualifications and bonuses.
Key responsibilities:
- Inspection, testing and completion of domestic gas work on residential properties.
- Working individually and in partnership with another engineer, covering houses across a local patch.
- Managing workload via phone-based scheduling, limiting travel to the office.
- Adhering to safety and regulatory standards.
Hours:
Monday – Thursday 8:00am – 4:00pm, Friday 8:00am – 1:00pm
Qualifications and experience:
- Gas engineer with domestic property experience.
- Previously or currently Gas Safe qualified.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
