In this off the tools role you will be proving service support and assisting with breakdowns over the phone, whilst briefing Service Engineers and working in partnership with them to ensure faults are resolved as quickly as possible. As these are specialist products, you will receive comprehensive training allowing you to become a technical expert in the business. This company have a significant foothold in a niche and profitable sector.
