Electrical Support Engineer (Office Based) £45,000 – £50,000 + Off-The-Tools + Training + 25 Days Holiday + Benefits Crawley, Sussex Are you an Electrical Engineer from a Service, Maintenance or Installation background looking for an off-the-tools, office based role, where you will be the first technical point of call for this industry leading British manufacturer? In this off the tools role you will be proving service support and assisting with breakdowns over the phone, whilst briefing Service Engineers and working in partnership with them to ensure faults are resolved as quickly as possible. As these are specialist products, you will receive comprehensive training allowing you to become a technical expert in the business. This company have a significant foothold in a niche and profitable sector. Year on year they have continued to expand and due to monopolising their niche market, they now require a technical support specialist on hand to assist with providing guidance, training, support and technical assistance on breakdowns, installations etc. This role would suit an Electrical Engineer who is looking to get off the tools and prefers a technical, office-based role, or a Service Coordinator / Supervisor with an Electrical background.
