Are you an Electrical Fitter or similar with a background working on control panels or similar looking for a new role with a market-leading company within the Power industry that will support and aid your progression through the company by putting you through management qualifications and provide a range of benefits including regular overtime to boost your income?

This company has been providing substation engineering services UK wide for over half a century. They are expanding and looking to grow their team to support the continued growth of the business.

In this role you will work as part of a team from schematic drawings to install and wire control panels for Substation systems, with some liaison with the design team. This role would suit an Electrical Fitter or similar looking for a varied role within a well-established substation company that offers personal development, training and progression within a growing, expanding business.

The Role
  • Installation, maintenance and repair of high voltage electrical systems, equipment and components including transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers, cables and related equipment.
  • Collaborate with engineers, technicians and other team members to execute projects, troubleshoot issues and ensure the efficient operation of high voltage electrical systems.
  • Progression to management.
The Person
  • Background as an electrical fitter or similar.
  • Experience in power stations, solar or similar.
  • UK driving license.
