Are you an Electrical Engineer from a service, maintenance or installation background looking for an office based role where you will be the first technical point of contact for a highly regarded and industry leading manufacturer?
Off the tools, you will provide service support, assisting with breakdowns over the phone whilst debriefing Service Engineers and working in partnership with them to ensure faults are solved as quickly as possible. Following dedicated product training plans you will become a technical specialist within the business.
Founded in the early 90’s, this design and manufacturing company are highly regarded for their innovation and success in their niche and profitable market. Their significant growth in recent years coupled with excellent retention rates make this a fantastic time to get on board for the future.
This role would suit an Electrical Engineer who is looking to get off the tools and prefers a technical, office-based role, or a Service Coordinator / Supervisor with an electrical background.
The Role:
- First technical point of contact for breakdowns and installation advice
- Liaising with Service Engineers to diagnose faults
- Dealing with various electromechanical machinery and equipment in manufacturing
- Occasionally, perhaps 3 times a year, provide support on site as a technical expert
- Fully comprehensive training on specialist products
- Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:15pm
