Role Responsibilities

  • Responsible for both reactive and preventative maintenance for plant/steel processing machinery.
  • Service and repair, as well as troubleshooting and diagnostics of said machinery.
  • Cross-departmental liaison to ensure the smooth running of the factory.
  • Keeping accurate technical documentation of any projects worked.

Qualifications

  • Background within the Steels/Heavy Industry.
  • Previous working experience as a maintenance engineer on an industrial scale.
  • Strong organisational, communicational, and analytical skills.
  • Ideally have an HNC/NVQ qualification within Engineering or above.
