Regional Sales Manager/BDM (HVAC)Company: Northern Patch (100% Remote)

Pay: £40,000 – £55,000 (OTE £60,000). Includes remote work, training, commission, company vehicle and benefits.

We are a well-established company with over 30 years of experience in the ventilation industry. We work on a wide variety of projects, from private homes to large commercial buildings, specialising in modern ventilation systems such as MVHR and PIV.

As a regional sales manager/BDM, you will identify and proactively secure new clients, manage existing relationships, attend industry events, and work with building consultants throughout the North of England. You will develop an in-depth understanding of our product range, provide technical guidance and demonstrations, and stay current with emerging technologies and market trends.

The Role

Ventilation sales across residential and industrial sectors

Full training on specialist systems including MVHR and PIV

Client visits, relationship management, and technical demonstrations

Monday to Friday, remote role with travel throughout the North of England

The Person

Regional sales manager with a background in HVAC or similar

Full UK driving licence
