The Exeter team represents the fastest-growing, highest-performing team in Ernest Gordon's business, with an excellent track record of developing people new to the industry, rapidly promoting them, and increasing their earnings. We are growing!
Ernest Gordon Recruitment specialise in Engineering, Technology, IT and Finance across the UK and internationally. We are at the beginning of our journey, having only been established for 7 years, and are excited about what the next 5 years look like. We have 3 sites and 50 staff - but this is just the beginning.
We are looking for the next generation of Directors and Managers in the business. We want to work with ambitious, driven individuals who want to have a big career and ultimately see themselves in a senior role.
