In this role you will design and produce elegant and innovative decorative lighting, primarily through CAD modelling, using systems such as SolidWorks as well as PDM systems and KeyShot. This role will also consist of assisting the Chief Design Officer as well as the Marketing team to create concepts and key promotional materials. Alongside this, you will also collaborate with internal teams such as engineering, production and procurement to help modify and update existing designs to help improve cost or performance. This role would suit a Design Engineer or similar looking for a role at a well-established and industry leading decorative lighting manufacturer, with the added benefit of an industry leading training scheme. For this position, you will need to have a degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Mechanical Design or Graphic Design. Ideally the candidate will be able to digitally sketch and have an understanding with LEDs/lighting, adobe illustrator and metal/glass fabrication.
