Would you like to deal with non-contentious commercial matters principally concerning property?
On offer is the opportunity for an ambitious Solicitor to move into a progressive role with a leading Legal 500 firm, offering great work-life balance and training to ensure you reach your full potential. The firm is committed to promoting and developing staff through ongoing development, and regular appraisals.
You will play a pivotal role as part of a dynamic and expanding team of professionals, in a highly autonomous role. You will be responsible for excellent client care, managing a portfolio of clients, effectively dealing with queries over the phone, and via email / letter. You will manage a varied caseload, providing accurate progress reports along the way.
The Role:
- Assist the Partner in charge with work in relation to commercial clients.
- Independently deal with client queries.
- Freehold acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasehold transactions, site acquisitions and development and secured lending, including close liaison with financial institutions.
- Complete progress reports for clients.
- Answer client enquiries over the phone and via email.
- Maintain accurate client records.
