Are you a Draughtsperson or similar with a background in 2D and 3D design looking for a flexible hybrid position with a company that provides fit-out projects from conception to completion? As they open their own design division with ambitious plans to develop the company, providing progression opportunities as the department grows.
On offer is the chance to join a rapidly expanding business offering fit-out projects for commercial offices, data centres, education, retail and leisure environments. Services include full installation works, remedial solutions, specialist finishes, and flooring systems.
This autonomous role will involve creating CAD drawings by interpreting architects' drawings to develop grid layouts and coordinated bridging details for fit-outs of flooring systems. You will liaise between multi-disciplinary teams and the client base to produce drawings through the construction process.
This role would suit a Draughtsperson with a background in 2D and 3D CAD design looking for an autonomous hybrid role where you will be instrumental in spearheading a new department and progress with the growth.
