Business Development Manager (Security Services) £45,000 – £48,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE 100K) + Car allowance + Annual bonus (5-10%) Birmingham, West Midlands Are you a Sales professional from a Fire & Security or Service sales background, looking to develop your own patch, work autonomously and remotely and be part of a fast-growing organization? On offer, is a newly created role where you will be driving new sales of tailor-made Security Services (guarding, alarm response, cleaning, CCTV and Key holding). You will create your own client list covering Facilities Management, Commercial property, Estates, Schools and National Heritage sites. This company is a family owned, independent Security services business, founded in 2018 and currently employing 200+ staff. Their current clients include some large Facilities Management companies, national heritage sites, schools, estates and commercial clients. This role requires someone that enjoys business development, can create their own sales strategy and who wants to manage their own diary.
