On offer is the opportunity to work for a CAD and BIM specialist who support nationwide projects in the construction industry, working on hospitals, hotels and offices. Since opening their doors over 25 years ago they have continued to progress onto bigger projects, with a new project underway working on the biggest electrical car factory in Europe. In this role you will produce MEP CAD drawings for a range of projects. You will also be involved with Revit co-ordination. You will have the opportunity to train on BIM and progress your knowledge. This would suit a BIM Technician or similar with MEP experience looking to work for a stable company who will offer you ultimate work life balance, including 9-5 hours, and 3 days at home a week. The Role: * Producing MEP drawing in Revit. * Co-Ordinating and Managing drawings. * 2 days in office, 3 days at home. * Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (40 hours).
