This company is an established Building Management Systems specialist operating across the UK and Ireland, delivering high-quality engineering solutions across commercial, healthcare, education, retail, and industrial sectors. In this role, you will be responsible for Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental compliance across two well-established engineering businesses. The role combines office-based compliance with regular site visits and offers the opportunity to support audits, drive continuous improvement, and play a key part in achieving ISO 14001 accreditation.

This role would suit a HSEQ professional, ideally from an engineering or construction background, looking to join a company with a strong reputation and excellent culture.

The Role:

  • Maintain HSEQ compliance across all sites
  • Support and drive ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 standards, including audits and inspections
  • Conduct site visits, risk assessments, and deliver toolbox talks and inductions
  • Manage HSEQ records, equipment inspections, and calibration schedules
  • Ensure compliance for company vehicles, access equipment, and competent personnel
  • Play a key part in achieving ISO 14001 Environmental Standard accreditation

The Person:

  • NEBOSH-qualified (or equivalent H&S qualification)
  • Experienced or qualified in ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 (Environmental/ISO 14001 knowledge desirable)
