Are you a CNC Miller with on‑machine programming experience, looking for a 4‑day working week, modern machinery, and the opportunity to work on varied, one‑off and low‑volume components? This precision engineering company has over 60 years’ experience in subcontract machining. With a modern CNC milling and turning facility, they machine a wide range of metals and plastics, producing components from small precision parts through to large‑scale fabrications up to 4.5 tonnes.
They are looking to recruit a skilled CNC Miller to join their growing team of around 20 engineers. You’ll be working on predominantly small batch and one‑off work (typically 10s and 20s), programming directly at the machine using Fanuc‑controlled CNC mills, with further training provided on Fusion 360 for more complex 5‑axis work.
On offer is a highly flexible role with both early and late shifts available, a 4‑day working week, plenty of overtime currently available, and clear progression opportunities into Supervisor or Workshop Manager roles for the right person.

- CNC Miller – Programmer / Operator / Setter
