Are you a Area Sales Manager or similar from a franchise background looking to join a successful business, with an international reach and billion pound turnover, where you can make a direct impact on the success of a rapidly growing group of franchises?
On offer is the opportunity to coach and mentor franchise owners as a the go to technical expert within the field, alongside this there will be ongoing training and support from superiors.
In this role you will be involved in the hands on coaching and mentoring of a group of franchise owners with the aim of enabling their success and pushing for growth. This will include sales coaching, monitoring profit and loss and doing frequent franchise visits.
