Our client is a small but long-established Architectural firm, who has designed and built, a range of residential/mixed use projects and urban spaces, they are an excellent employer with opportunities to progress to Associate Director level, 3 locations around the UK, and are actively growing their business. In this role, you will be instrumental in bringing architectural visions to life through high-quality 3D models and visualisations. Along with creative flair, you should have a keen eye for detail to produce striking materials that meet our clients' exacting standards. Reporting to the Graphic Design and Marketing Associate, the ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio that highlights diverse design and technical abilities, showcasing a passion for architecture and the built environment The Role: Working closely with architectural and design teams to plan and visualise construction projects Presenting and explaining visuals to colleagues and clients Ensuring all ideas are represented as accurately and attractively as possible Creating both static visualisations and animations/CGI (computer generated imagery) Working with industry-standard design tools and programmes Visualising building concepts in Twinmotion, Enscape, SketchUp or equivalentThe Person: Professional visualisation experience.
