Are you an aspiring Architectural Assistant or a recently qualified Part 3 professional with strong proficiency in CAD software, seeking specialist training and the chance to work on a range of projects?

On offer is the chance to progress within a reputable company, where you’ll play a key role in the team and have the opportunity to grow and develop through their internal training programs.

This company, with nearly a decade of experience, specialises in the residential sector, handling projects ranging from small to large. In this role, you will be expected to manage 3-5 projects at a time, with values ranging from 200k to 5 million.

This role is ideal for an Architectural Assistant who wants to work within a small team on a variety of bespoke residential projects, offering the opportunity to develop your skills through ongoing internal CPD courses.

The role:

• Responsible for conducting feasibility studies, preparing drawings, handling planning applications, creating technical drawings
• Creating presentations and providing support with various day-to-day tasks related to architecture projects
• Surveying sites
• Monday – Friday (9:00am – 5:30pm)

The person:

• Knowledge and experience of CAD software
• Experience in Architecture industry demonstrated in portfolio
• Understanding of UK Building Regulations and Planning Applications
