QSHE Manager (Manufacturing) £45,000 – £55,000 + Progression + Training + Company Benefits + Bonus Oakham Are you a QSHE Manager or similar with a background in manufacturing looking to join an internationally renowned business who can provide training on their products and industry, a company bonus and a career step into leading a small team in all aspects of QSHE? On offer is the opportunity to join a company founded in Europe that has since grown into an international presence, they are an OEM and manufacture their own range of industrial parts for the marine and rail sector. This role will involve looking after the Health, Safety and environmental factors of all the companies facilities, alongside the Quality side of the workshop assuring that standards are kept and processes are constantly reviewed and improved. You will be managing a team and working closely with upper management to resolve issues and improve procedures. This role would suit a QSHE Manager or similar looking to take charge of the UK branch of an international manufacturer, managing a team while being provided with product training, a step up into a leading role within the company and a host of benefits including a great pension and a yearly bonus.
