This well-established Consultancy work in numerous sectors, primarily retail and have a presence across the UK with several offices nationwide. They have continually grown in recent years to a point they now have a turnover of over £12m and are looking to grow the team at their Milton Keynes office to keep up with an ever increasing workload. In this varied role you will be responsible for the entire pre-construction phase of projects as you liaise with developers, landlords and , other departments. You will have the chance to make your stamp on the role as you undertake negotiations, update relevant paperwork and support site and project teams. This is a hybrid role with some site visitation nationwide and occasional staying away.
