We are currently recruiting for a Branch & Sales Manager who is keen and driven to manage the team at our Wymondham branch, based in Norfolk.
Role Purpose
As a Branch & Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overall profitability, management and efficient daily operations. Managing a team across parts, service, sales and branch administration, you will promote and represent the business. You will provide the highest levels of service to existing customers and identify and nurture new prospects.
Essential Skills/Experience
- Good, sound knowledge of Agricultural and Horticultural equipment is desired
- Excellent customer service skills both face to face and over the telephone
- Target driven with the ability to upsell to achieve and exceed targets
- Be self-motivated and able to work under own initiative
- Has the ability to influence and persuade and able to close a deal
- Full Driving licence is required
- Ability to communicate to all levels of the business
- Have strong leadership skills and be able to act quickly and decisively
- Take accountability for own decisions
- Be analytical and methodical in your approach to problems
- Have good IT skills
- Act with discretion when dealing with matters of a confidential nature
- Able to work on initiative for improvements
Additional Information
- Start Date: Subject to successful candidates notice period
- Hours: 42.5hrs hours per week - 8am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (1-hour unpaid lunch)
- Additional hours as required to meet the needs of the branch, including seasonal peaks e.g. Harvest.
- Salary: Competitive, depending on experience plus company vehicle and bonus
- Benefits: We are offering a competitive salary, profit related bonus, plus 32 days holiday
