We're looking for a Service & PDI Technician to join our busy team at our Esher branch located in Surrey. This is a hands-on, workshop-based role where you'll be responsible for the repair, assembly, and maintenance of horticultural equipment sold by our sales departments.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assembling and servicing horticultural machinery and small agricultural equipment
- Diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults using modern diagnostic tools
- Performing high-quality repairs and maintenance work
- Supporting customer satisfaction through excellent technical service
- Working independently and collaboratively within a close-knit workshop team
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience repairing and maintaining utility, garden, or professional grass machinery
- Solid diagnostic skills (hydraulic & electrical systems preferred)
- Good computer literacy and confident using diagnostic software
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, and physically capable (some lifting involved)
- Full UK driving licence
Additional Info:
- Start Date: ASAP (subject to notice period)
- Location: Esher, Surrey, KT10 9AD
- Hours: 7:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (1hr unpaid lunch)
- Overtime: paid at time and a half following the completion of contracted hours
- Contract: Permanent, full-time, 42.5 hours per week
- Salary: Competitive, depending upon experience, hourly paid
- 32 days holiday (including bank holidays)
