We’re looking for a practical and motivated Service Technician to join our well-established team at our Fakenham branch in Norfolk. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with leading agricultural and horticultural machinery in a hands-on role that blends technical skill with customer support.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Diagnose and repair a range of machinery using advanced diagnostic software
- Carry out scheduled maintenance and repairs (warrantable, chargeable, or internal)
- Handle machinery safely and sensibly, using lifting aids when required
- Provide excellent customer service in a field-based and workshop environment
- Work both independently and as part of a close-knit service team
- Liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure timely service delivery
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in the agricultural or horticultural machinery industry (preferred)
- Mechanical and diagnostic skills (with software knowledge)
- Physically fit and capable of handling heavy equipment safely
- Strong initiative and ability to work unsupervised or within a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Full, clean UK driving licence
