Overview
We’re looking for a keen and driven Parts & Retail Manager to lead our established team at our Albourne branch. This is a key leadership role within a collaborative, high-performing team that prides itself on delivering outstanding support to customers and colleagues alike.
Reporting to the Branch & Sales Manager, you’ll have full responsibility for the efficient and profitable operation of the Parts & Retail Department, including the showroom and goods inward area. You’ll manage the team, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure clear, accurate communication between customers and the Parts function.
As Parts & Retail Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our Sales and Service departments, while also working closely with key accounts, customers, and trade partners.

About You
- Previous management or supervisory experience (essential)
- Knowledge of Agricultural, Construction, and Groundcare products and parts (advantageous)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organised, proactive, and able to multitask effectively
- Calm and composed under pressure
- Methodical problem-solver with strong attention to detail
- High level of IT competence
- Able to work independently and use your own initiative
- Discreet and professional when handling confidential matters
Additional Information
Location: Albourne, West Sussex, BN6 9BN
Start Date: Immediate, but subject to candidate notice period
Hours: 42.5-hrs per week: 8:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday (1hr unpaid lunch). Additional hours as required to include Saturdays and peak times e.g. harvest.
Contract: Permanent, Full time, Salaried
Salary: £Competitive, depending on experience
