Role Purpose
Reporting to the Professional Grass Machinery Service Manager, you will support the smooth and efficient running of the horticultural service division. Working closely with workshop, parts, and warranty teams, you will deliver an exceptional service experience to our customers while supporting the wider service function.
Essential Skills/Experience
- Previous experience or strong understanding of a service department environment.
- Industry experience in horticultural, agricultural, construction, or automotive sectors advantageous.
- Proven ability to manage existing customer accounts and develop new customer relationships.
- Confident in handling a wide range of customer expectations with professionalism and empathy.
- Strong administrative skills, including accurate record‑keeping, job card preparation, and coordination with Parts and Warranty departments.
- Committed to delivering a high standard of customer service at all times.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively using own initiative.
- Strong organisational skills with ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment.
- Demonstrates sound judgement, leadership capability, and ability to act decisively when required.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Energetic and enthusiastic with a positive approach to customer engagement.
- Flexible and comfortable working across both office and workshop environments.

Additional Information
- Start Date: Subject to candidate's notice period
- Hours: 40 hrs per week – 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday (1hr unpaid lunch). Additional hours incl. weekends as per rota especially during peak periods e.g. Harvest may be required.
- Salary: Competitive, depending upon experience
