We’re looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Agricultural Area Sales Manager to join our Fyfield Branch, in Essex. Reporting directly to the Branch & Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for selling both new and used agricultural machinery – along with associated equipment – within your designated area. This is a field-based role where you’ll visit customers, maximise sales opportunities, and represent our trusted dealership and brands in a professional, customer-focused way.
What you’ll do:
- Drive sales of new and used agricultural machinery and equipment.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers in your sales area.
- Meet and exceed agreed sales performance targets.
- Represent the dealership and brand portfolio at customer events.
- Provide product demonstrations and ensure excellent customer experiences.
- Keep your product knowledge up to date and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Deliver a first-class, professional service throughout the sales process.
What we’re looking for:
- Solid knowledge of the agricultural industry and its machinery.
- Proven sales, service, or parts experience in the sector.
- Target-driven with the ability to upsell and close deals.
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills – face-to-face and over the phone.
- Full UK driving licence required.

- Location: Fyfield, Essex, CM5 0NS
- Hours: 42.5 hours a week, 8am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (1hr unpaid lunch).
- Contract: Permanent, full-time, Salaried
- Salary: Competitive, depending on experience, plus commission, company car and company mobile phone
- 32 days holiday (including bank holidays)
