We’re looking for a proactive and efficient Branch Administrator to join our friendly and professional team at our Fulbourn branch near Cambridge. This is a dynamic and varied role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth branch operations while supporting the Branch Manager and wider team.

Role Overview

As the first point of contact for customers and internal teams, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support
  • Managing the switchboard and incoming enquiries
  • Preparing quotes, invoices, and delivery documentation
  • Updating records and maintaining databases
  • Supporting events, trade shows, and sales campaigns
  • Assisting with cashiering duties and liaising with Head Office
  • You’ll be an essential part of keeping our operations professional, organised, and customer-focused.

Additional Info:

  • Start Date: ASAP (subject to notice period)
  • Location: Fulbourn, Cambridge, CB21 5EX
  • Hours:8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (1hr unpaid lunch)
  • Contract: Permanent, full-time, 40 hours per week
  • 32 days holiday (including bank holidays)
